Grape can vary some percentages from vintage to vintage. Grapes from our Single vineyard in Cru Crocetta "Vigna Mandragola" in Mombercelli area. The training system is Guyot and the average density per hectare is 4,500 plants.

Vinification: the alcoholic fermentation lasts for 7-10 days in horizontal vinification tanks in steel tanks with steady rotation to facilitate the extraction of the color. Also the malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel. The aging, lasting about 6 months, is divided between steel and bottle.

Description: Bright red ruby Fresh red berry aroma with elements of cassis, raspberry and spices like cinnamon and pepper. On the palate the wine is full of fresh red berries. Its lean and elegant with a noticeable acidity accompanied with well integrated tannins.
