Grapes from our Single vineyard in Cru San Cristoforo in Neive. The training system is Guyot and the average density per hectare is 5,000 plants.
Vinification: the alcoholic fermentation lasts for 10-12 days in vertical vinification tanks in steel with dayli pumping over to facilitate the extraction of the color. Also the malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel. The aging, lasting about 48 months, is divided between steel, Tonneaux and Barriques and finally bottle before release.
